Aquarium of the Bay Guest Services Manager
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging Guest experience, while maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability, both personally and among direct reports. Guest Services Manager manages 20 to 35 part-time, full-time, and seasonal employees.
IT Systems Administrator
Under the general supervision of the IT Manger, the IT Systems Administrator is the first point of contact for end-users and provides systems support across the organizations’ platforms. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all resources and respond to and troubleshooting issues as needed; maintains and has fluent knowledge of the status of all internal servers and network controllers; tracks and responds to tickets submitted via issue management system; provides support for TCP/IP networking and Cisco IOS, Cisco Meraki, and more.
Familiarity and/or proficiency with: Windows operating systems 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012,2016, Galaxy Ticketing by Gateway, C&K Systems Counterpoint.
Participate in an on-call rotation, responsibilities sometimes require working evenings.
